Advice
Cut your hair short before you start Chemotherapy.  This will prepare you and your family psychologically for the hair-loss.  Usually hair-loss will occur 2 weeks after you begin your Chemotherapy Sessions.  Watching your hair falling as you wash it, or finding patches on your pillow can be very frustrating.  For this reason, we strongly recommend you have your hair completely shaved when you receive your Wig.

Because our average delivery time for your Wig will be around 3 weeks for Europe and 3.5 weeks for the rest of the world, we suggest you place your order timely.

EUWIG®  wigs are not made of human hair and that's an advantage.  They are totally machine-made on a monofilament hypoallergenic basis, which ensures the best possible aesthetic result and the most natural behaviour of the wig while you wear it.  Although human-hair wigs are falsely considered by many the Top Quality option, this is a myth when it comes to a Chemotherapy Wig.  You should know, that human hair carries remnants of another person's proteins, that can act as potential irritants ( allergy triggers ) on an extremely sensitive post chemotherapy skin while, being dead and without the connection to the follicle, human hair becomesvery fragile, loses its shine and taking care of it is a demanding task.  Our Wigs can maintain their trendy and vivid style easily as long as you follow the given instructions and avoid exposing them to heat.

EUWIG®  wigs are styled by TOP hairstylists according to some of the most trendy and flattering haircuts.  Although their base has the necessary elasticity to fit every head, sometimes, minor changes from your own hair-stylist might make a big difference on the way your wig looks on you.  Most of our wigs' models are short haircut because a short haircut wig is easier to take proper care off than a long-hair one.  We would kindly advise you to prefer a short haircut model than a long-hair one for simply practical reasons.

You'll find detailed instructions on how you should hold the wig and wear it, in its packaging.  We would like to inform you here, that EUWIG®  wigs, have excellent adherence on your head, and they can fit in an adjustable manner, so you feel confident enough wearing your wig on a windy day.  Additional fitting straps you can find at a hair and wigs accessories store.

In about 6 months after your Chemotherapy Sessions are completed, your new hair will have grown enough to give you a full-head look.  Most of the times, this new hair is greyish and curly and it's called "chemotherapy hair".  Although very soon everything will be back to normal, we would like to remind you here, that taking advantage of our special offer and ordering a second wig at 25% discount, will offer you the confidence of using one Wig on an everyday basis, keeping the spare one at better condition for your special appearances.
